Rydeen Beer is brewed by the famous sake maker Hakkaisan. Rydeen IPA is a clean, aromatic and easy-to-drink IPA distinguished by its floral and citric aromatics and a pleasantly dry and bitter finish. This pilsner is slowly fermented in low temperatures, making it easy to drink, with an emphasis on aroma and a clean finish.

The pioneer of craft beer breweries in Japan. Rice lager made with Niigata Prefecture’s celebrated Koshi Hikari rice has a fine and persistent carbonation, and a clean, crisp flavor. Flying IPA is a citrusy and light IPA that clocks in at 55 IBU. Crisp, sessionable, and perfect to accompany a meal. Weizen is a beautiful, slightly hazy liquid with a delicate fruity and refreshing flavor. Echigo red ale has a brilliant ruby red color. It is medium bodied and expertly balanced. The brewing of Echigo Stout is done with 100% malt and can take up to three months to complete – two months longer than the norm. Bold and strong stout beer.
